Every day we try to perfect the art of making boards without losing sight of the incredible technological possibilities. Testing new materials and developing processes to make better and more functional boards, this is an activity that involves science and creativity. With that focus in mind, we created our EPS/EPOXY platform, with the best foams, stringers, fibers and resins on the market. All this added by a state-of-the-art technological process in board manufacturing.

STRIP CWXes
To structure the shape and improve performance, we developed the CWXes, an exclusive stringer for our boards that makes it possible to distribute flexibility with strength and lightness. It is a new spar concept, based on structural engineering and composite materials technology. Combining, through pressure and heat, very high density foams and micro wood veneers with oriented fibers.

BLOCK
In high density EPS, combining strength and lightness. Machined by the 4XDMT system, which allows a smooth surface without imperfections.

Lamination
With the latest generation EPOXY resin, SHORE 90, contains additives that increase durability and weather resistance, combined with imported AXIAL glass fiber offers greater resistance against dents, cracks and breaks.

Rabeta reinforcement
Prismatic Innegra reinforcement reinforcing the tail and the structure of the fins.
