Avelino A. Bastos pesquisou seu acervo de pranchas dos anos 80 e reviveu uma clássica Bi Quilha da época.
Manteve os seus conceitos originais e aprimorou o design com toques de modernidade, para explorar toda a essência dos anos 80, com a performance das Bi Quilhas atuais.
A combinação desses fatores elevou a performance dessa Bi Quilha, gerando muita velocidade e controle nas manobras, sem desgarrar demasiadamente quando exigida num surf de performance.

O design do fundo é CONCAVE + VEE e rabeta WING SWALLOW, sistema de quilhas compatível com FCS I e II, com utilização de parafusos. Recomendamos uso de quilhas modelo MR Bi Quilha da FCS, ou quilhas de dimensões aproximadas desse modelo.

To structure the shape and improve performance, we developed the CWXes, an exclusive stringer for our boards that makes it possible to distribute flexibility with strength and lightness. It is a new spar concept, based on structural engineering and composite materials technology. Combining, through pressure and heat, very high density foams and micro wood veneers with oriented fibers.

BLOCK
In high density EPS, combining strength and lightness. Machined by the 4XDMT system, which allows a smooth surface without imperfections.

Lamination
With the latest generation EPOXY resin, SHORE 90, contains additives that increase durability and weather resistance, combined with imported AXIAL glass fiber offers greater resistance against dents, cracks and breaks.

Rabeta reinforcement
Prismatic Innegra reinforcement reinforcing the tail and the structure of the fins.
