Avelino A. Bastos received the challenge of an athlete requesting a board for small waves, which was fast and provided an alternative surfing performance. From this challenge, GROWLER was born! Fast, agile in changing edges, faces small waves full or hollow with great fluidity and transposes sections of the wave, which will surprise you!! The GROWLER design has a FULL CONCAVE bottom, DOUBLE WING SQUASH tail and innovative design concepts in the nose area, generating stability and safety when landing aircraft. Developed with MULTIFIN keel system, compatible with FCS I and II, using screws, can be used with TRI FIN or QUAD FIN.

The latest trend in the worldwide manufacture of boards, the STRINGERLESS technology replaces the stringer with a series of synthetic fiber reinforcements and structural fibers. In addition to the structural composites and high density EPS core, it is laminated with two layers of fiber (04 OZ + 06 OZ) on the deck and two layers of 04 OZ on the bottom and last generation EPOXI resin.

The STRINGERLESS technology elevates the performance of your surfing, the board due to the special fibers has a resistant flexibility that helps the projection and the response in the maneuvers.

The final product is a light, very resistant board with controlled flexibility that provides maximum performance.
